One of the recipes you need to have up your sleeve is Basic Marinara Sauce. Why? It’s sooo versatile, easy, healthy, simple, elegant, guest-worthy, inexpensive. In fact, it is one of the Five Mother Sauces that you’ll use over and over again in your home cooking.
